There will be no charge for orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States. We
have chosen UPS ground service for all of our shipment's which enables us to provide you with low
prices and timely delivery.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the continental United States, additional shipping charges
will apply. Upon receipt of your order, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail
advising you of the shipping charges for your approval. At this time, you will have the option of
accepting the shipping charges or canceling your order.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return items purchased from ShoreviewLighting.com for a refund,
less a 25% restocking fee. Products cannot have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in the
original factory packaging with adequate packaging to protect the item(s) in transit to us. All returns must have
a Return Autorization Number provided by ShoreviewLighting.com. We will provide you with a shipping label via email
to affix to each carton. Any item returned to us without this label will not be credited.
Items not eligible for return
Any item built to order unless they are deemed to be defective.
Closeout items, Custom fabricated orders and Lamp shades.
Any item not purchased from ShoreviewLighting.com

Why a restocking fee?
All manufacturers charge a restocking fee from 25%-50% to return items to their inventory. As we are required to pay a restocking
fee, we pass a 25% base restock charge to you, which helps us to cover the loss we incur as a result of your return. We encourage
you to plan your purchases carefully, to avoid these charges.

ITEMS DAMADGED DURING SHIPMENT

After receiving your shipment, you have 14 days to report any damage to your order that you feel
was incurred during delivery. If you fail to notify ShoreviewLighting.com within 14 days of
delivery of any defective or damaged product, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement
or a refund.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

Should you have a need for a large quantity of any individual item or you have a large project
requiring many items, please submit your quotation request
to our sales department. Upon review, we will advise you if your request qualifies for a quantity
discount via e-mail. If your request qualifies, the e-mail will include pricing and instructions
on order placement.
